
Manager, Food Service Training & Quality Assurance
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is looking for an experienced and motivated Manager, Food Service Training & Quality Assurance to join our collaborative and hardworking team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring training and quality assurance processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and food safety standards in our food service operations.The ideal candidate for this position should possess a strong commitment to providing quality customer service, a high level of organizational and communication skills, and have the ability to develop and deliver effective training programs. Additionally, the successful candidate will be comfortable with technology and have at least 5 years of experience in food service management.
