- Oversee the development, validation, and implementation of cellular therapy products in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage and provide guidance to a team of laboratory medicine staff, ensuring efficient and effective workflow and adherence to protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and researchers to ensure timely and accurate testing and analysis of cellular therapy products.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the production and testing of cellular therapy products.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies necessary for the production and testing of cellular therapy products.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve laboratory processes to optimize efficiency and quality of care.
- Stay current with advancements and developments in the field of cell therapy by attending conferences and participating in professional development opportunities.
- Train and mentor laboratory staff on new techniques, procedures, and equipment related to cell therapy.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to promote a positive and productive work culture.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Biomedical Sciences.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Laboratory Setting, With A Focus On Cell Therapy Or Cellular Immunotherapy.
Prior Supervisory Experience, Including Managing A Team Of Laboratory Technicians And Overseeing Laboratory Operations.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Standards Related To Cell Therapy, Such As Fda Regulations And Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp).
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Other Departments And Effectively Train And Mentor Team Members.
