Echocardiography Sonographer

Responsibilities:

1. Perform echocardiography diagnostic services for cancer patients.
2. Follow established protocols and protocols for each echocardiography procedure.
3. Maintain a high level of accuracy when performing echocardiography services.
4. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
5. Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and is properly calibrated.
6. Educate and inform patients on the echocardiography procedure.
7. Work with the medical team to ensure accuracy and quality in all echocardiography services.
8. Document all echocardiography services in patient records.
9. Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during echocardiography services.
10. Participate in continuing education programs to maintain current certification and stay up to date on advancements in the field.
