Director, Revenue Cycle Technical Operations

3. Monitor end-to-end revenue cycle operations and identify areas of improvement.
4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify new opportunities and develop solutions.
5. Lead and mentor a team of revenue cycle professionals to ensure optimal performance.
6. Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve operational efficiencies and maximize revenue.
7. Monitor industry trends and advancements and ensure the organization is up to date.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and other partners.
9. Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance and identify areas of improvement.
10. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
