As a Cyber Security Engineer specializing in SailPoint, you will play a critical role in protecting our institution's sensitive data and securing our network infrastructure. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about cyber security and has a strong understanding of SailPoint.   1. Develop and implement SailPoint-based solutions to enhance the security and protection of Memorial Sloan Kettering's sensitive data.
  2. Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  3. Perform system audits and monitor access controls to ensure that all systems and data are secure.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement security controls and protocols.
  5. Stay up to date on emerging cyber security threats and trends to proactively identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on SailPoint and provide guidance and support to other members of the cyber security team.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation of security policies, procedures, and standards.
  8. Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  9. Conduct regular training and awareness sessions for employees on cyber security best practices.
  10. Act as a liaison with external vendors and partners to ensure the security of shared systems and data.
  11. Stay current on industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement of the organization's cyber security posture.
  12. Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning to ensure the organization's ability to respond to and recover from cyber security incidents.
  13. Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security controls for new systems and infrastructure.
  14. Maintain all necessary certifications and stay current on industry standards and regulations related to cyber security and SailPoint.
  15. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, regarding cyber security risks and mitigation strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Cyber Security, Preferably With Experience In Sailpoint.

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp) Or Other Relevant Industry Certifications.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Network Security, Identity And Access Management, And Vulnerability Management.

  • Experience With Implementing And Managing Sailpoint Identityiq Or Other Identity Management Solutions.
