CRNA - Nurse Anesthetist

We are looking for a highly motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. In this role, you will be an integral part of our patient care team, administering anesthesia and sedation for a variety of surgical and medical procedures. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing high quality care to our patients and their families, and has the necessary skills and qualifications to be successful in this role. You should have great communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and be able to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Administer anesthesia and sedation to patients during surgical and medical procedures.
2. Monitor patients’ vital signs and levels of consciousness, adjusting medication accordingly.
3. Provide high quality care to patients and their families.
4. Work collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team.
5. Keep detailed records of patient care information.
6. Stay up to date on new developments in the field and update colleagues on best practices.
7. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and conferences.
8. Adhere to standards and regulations set by the hospital and governing bodies.
9. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
10. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
