
Clinical Research Manager - Early Drug Development
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Research Manager with a passion for life-saving cancer research to join the Early Drug Development Team at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of clinical research activities in early drug development and will work to ensure that research studies are conducted with the highest degree of quality, efficiency, and compliance. To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training. You should also have a minimum of five years of clinical research experience in oncology and a minimum of two years of supervisory/management experience. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of clinical research activities in early drug development.
- Ensure research studies are conducted with the highest degree of quality, efficiency, and compliance.
- Recruit and supervise a team of clinical research professionals.
- Review and monitor clinical research data to ensure accuracy.
- Develop and implement clinical research protocols and procedures.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external contacts to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide guidance and support to research team members.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with other healthcare providers.
- Monitor and report study progress.
- Prepare and submit study reports.
