Clinical Pharmacist Coordinator

We are searching for a highly motivated and caring Clinical Pharmacist Coordinator to join our team at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. This is a full-time position that offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment to support our mission of providing the highest quality of care for our patients.The ideal candidate will have a Pharm.D degree and New York State licensure as a Pharmacist, as well as 5+ years of experience in a hospital setting. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

• Ensure all medication orders are filled and delivered to the patient in a timely manner
• Ensure all medication orders are accurate and meet the standards of care and safety
• Monitor, evaluate, and recommend changes to current medication protocols to ensure the highest quality of care
• Provide education and mentoring to staff members on medication protocols
• Manage medication inventory and supplies
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff, to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain records and documentation of patient medication orders and related activities
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures
