Board Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Hold Board Certification From The American Board Of Radiology In Radiation Oncology.
Clinical Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In The Field Of Radiation Oncology Is Required, With A Strong Emphasis On Patient Care And Management.
Academic Credentials: Candidates Should Possess A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Degree Or Equivalent, As Well As Be Eligible For Licensure In The State Of New York.
Teaching Experience: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Teaching And Mentoring Medical Students, Residents, And Fellows, And Be Committed To Continuing Education And Professional Development.
Research Experience: A Track Record Of Research Productivity And Contributions To The Field Of Radiation Oncology Is Preferred, Including Publications In Peer-Reviewed Journals And Participation In Clinical Trials.
