  1. Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures, including MRI, CT, and ultrasound, to accurately diagnose and monitor cancer in patients.
  2. Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans for patients based on imaging results.
  3. Utilize advanced imaging technology and techniques to provide the highest quality images and interpretation for accurate diagnosis.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in radiology and contribute to the development and implementation of new techniques and protocols.
  5. Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, taking into consideration the physical and emotional needs of patients during imaging procedures.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of imaging procedures and patient information in compliance with regulations and protocols.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure a collaborative and coordinated approach to patient care.
  8. Participate in departmental meetings, conferences, and educational activities to foster professional growth and development.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of patients, staff, and self during imaging procedures.
  10. Collaborate with other radiologists and healthcare professionals to review and discuss complex cases, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  11. Serve as a mentor and resource for junior radiologists and medical students, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their growth and development in the field.
  12. Maintain a commitment to excellence in patient care and contribute to the mission and values of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree From An Accredited Medical School.

  • Board Certification In Diagnostic Radiology From The American Board Of Radiology (Abr).

  • Fellowship Training In Body Imaging, With Specific Expertise In Advanced Imaging Modalities Such As Mri, Ct, And Ultrasound.

  • Current State Medical License And Eligibility For Medical Licensure In New York.

  • Prior Experience In A High-Volume Academic Medical Center Or Specialized Cancer Center, With A Focus On Oncologic Imaging And Multidisciplinary Collaboration.
