  1. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve cancer care and research.
  2. Lead a team of analysts and data scientists to effectively extract, analyze, and interpret data.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify data needs and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to support decision-making processes.
  5. Communicate data insights and findings to various stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
  6. Stay updated on the latest advancements in data analysis and statistical modeling techniques.
  7. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly conducting quality checks and audits.
  8. Identify and address potential data gaps or issues and propose solutions.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance data analysis capabilities.
  10. Train and mentor team members on data analysis and statistical modeling techniques.
  11. Support grant writing and fundraising efforts by providing data-driven insights and analysis.
  12. Represent the organization at conferences and events to showcase our data-driven approach to cancer care and research.
  13. Adhere to all privacy and security regulations when handling sensitive data.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of new data analysis tools and technologies.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve data analysis processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Statistics, Mathematics, Or Data Science.

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Analytics, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Research Setting.

  • Strong Technical Skills In Statistical Analysis, Data Mining, And Programming Languages Such As Sql, R, Or Python.

  • Experience Managing And Leading A Team Of Analysts, As Well As Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Data And Industry Trends, Including Familiarity With Electronic Medical Records And Healthcare Claims Data.
