Application Specialist

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Application Specialist to join our team. As an Application Specialist, you will be the primary contact for all inquiries related to applications and software used at MSK. You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and training to users on a variety of applications.The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, a strong technical background, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software, applications, and related technology.
7. Remain current on best practices and industry trends.
8. Develop and implement strategies to improve user experience.
9. Collaborate with other stakeholders to develop and improve applications.
10. Monitor and report on application performance.
