  1. Deliver high-quality and compassionate care to cancer patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
  2. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor patient progress and outcomes.
  3. Provide evidence-based and patient-centered care to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
  4. Utilize advanced clinical skills and knowledge to manage complex and diverse patient populations, including those undergoing cancer treatments such as chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
  5. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, including documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and medication administration.
  6. Communicate effectively and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
  7. Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in cancer treatment and care.
  8. Serve as a resource and mentor to other healthcare professionals, including nursing staff and medical students, to promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  9. Adhere to all established protocols, policies, and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards, to ensure safe and ethical delivery of care.
  10. Act as an advocate for patients and their families, providing support and education regarding their diagnosis, treatment options, and community resources.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and practices to enhance patient care and experience.
  12. Contribute to research initiatives and quality improvement projects to advance the field of oncology and improve patient outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Program.

  • Current And Unrestricted State Licensure As A Nurse Practitioner.

  • Certification As A Nurse Practitioner From A Recognized National Certifying Body.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Oncology Or A Related Specialty.

  • Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practice, As Well As Excellent Communication And Collaboration Abilities.
