  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for HR technology initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead the development and implementation of innovative HR technology solutions, including but not limited to HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and learning management systems.
  3. Utilize data analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve HR processes and drive business results.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of HR technology solutions across the organization.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in HR technology.
  6. Create and manage budgets for HR technology projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions that deliver maximum value to the organization.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of HR technology professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  8. Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements.
  9. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all HR technology initiatives.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve HR technology processes and systems to enhance the employee experience and increase efficiency.
  11. Develop and present reports and presentations on HR technology and analytics to senior leadership.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and data analytics.
  13. Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the HR technology function.
  14. Collaborate with other HR leaders to support the overall HR strategy and drive a high-performance culture.
  15. Represent the company in external forums and events related to HR technology and data analytics.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Hr Technology And Analytics, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Hr Technology Solutions, Such As Hris, Ats, And Performance Management Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Analysis And Reporting, With Experience In Utilizing Hr Metrics To Drive Business Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Across All Levels Of The Organization.
