  1. Drive Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the vascular division.
  2. Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the sales team, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
  3. Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure individual and team success.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, stay informed of industry trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and industry partners.

  7. Budget Management: Responsible for managing the district's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales goals.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Vascular Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Vascular Market, Including Knowledge Of Competitors And Current Trends.
