Validation Engineer for EMEA

1. Develop and maintain validation plans and protocols for new and existing products in compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and ensure timely execution of testing activities.
3. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies for product development and manufacturing processes.
4. Perform testing and analysis of products, including design verification, process validation, and software validation.
5. Participate in the development and implementation of validation procedures and standards to ensure consistency and compliance across all products.
6. Provide technical support to cross-functional teams during the product development process, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
7. Review and analyze validation data to ensure accuracy and completeness, and make recommendations for improvements.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards related to validation and ensure compliance in all activities.
9. Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and notified bodies, to support product submissions and audits.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in internal and external audits to maintain and improve quality standards.
11. Communicate validation activities and results to stakeholders, including management and cross-functional teams, in a clear and concise manner.
12. Train and mentor junior team members on validation principles and procedures.
13. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all validation activities, including protocols, reports, and other relevant documents.
14. Drive a culture of quality and compliance within the organization, promoting a patient-centric approach to product development and validation.
