
Training Manager, Respiratory Interventions

Responsibilities for this job description may include:
- Develop and implement training strategies and programs for respiratory interventions products based on company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and ensure alignment with product development and marketing strategies.
- Design and deliver training materials and resources, such as presentations, videos, and e-learning modules, to support product knowledge and technical proficiency for sales teams, healthcare professionals, and patients.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in person and virtually, to educate and engage participants on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in respiratory interventions to ensure training materials are accurate and relevant.
- Manage a team of trainers and coordinate training schedules and logistics for new hire onboarding and ongoing education.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute training plans for new product launches and updates.
- Act as a subject matter expert on respiratory interventions products and provide support to sales teams and healthcare professionals as needed.
- Continuously assess and improve training programs to ensure they are meeting the needs of the organization and effectively driving product adoption and sales.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Education, Or Respiratory Therapy.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Respiratory Therapy Or Other Related Healthcare Field.
Strong Understanding Of Respiratory Interventions, Including Mechanical Ventilation, Oxygen Therapy, And Airway Management.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Training Programs For Healthcare Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Motivate A Team.
