
Training Manager, Respiratory Interventions

- Develop and implement training strategies and programs for respiratory interventions products that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of trainers to ensure effective and consistent delivery of training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing training of respiratory interventions products.
- Conduct needs assessments and identify training gaps to continuously improve the training program and meet the needs of healthcare providers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and education to ensure the training program remains relevant and effective.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
- Manage training budgets and resources to optimize training delivery and meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and key opinion leaders, to gather feedback and enhance the training program.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, videos, and other resources, to support the delivery of training programs.
- Continuously assess and improve the skills and competencies of the training team to ensure high-quality training delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external training vendors to leverage their expertise and resources.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the development and delivery of training programs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on respiratory interventions products and provide guidance and support to the training team and other internal stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Contribute to the overall success of the respiratory interventions business unit by providing insights and recommendations based on training program data and feedback from stakeholders.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Clinical Educator Or Training Manager In The Respiratory Interventions Field.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Respiratory Therapy Principles And Practices, As Well As Current Industry Trends And Best Practices.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate A Diverse Group Of Individuals.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Programs, As Well As Assessing And Measuring Training Effectiveness.
