As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our respiratory products, ensuring our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide the best care for patients.   1. Develop training programs: The Training Manager will be responsible for creating comprehensive training programs for our respiratory products, including both new and existing products.
  2. Implement training initiatives: The Training Manager will oversee the implementation of training initiatives and ensure that all employees are properly trained and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  3. Conduct training sessions: The Training Manager will conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for employees to ensure they have a thorough understanding of our respiratory products and their proper usage.
  4. Monitor training effectiveness: It will be the responsibility of the Training Manager to monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact.
  5. Assess training needs: The Training Manager will be responsible for identifying training needs and developing programs to address any knowledge or skill gaps within the respiratory interventions team.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The Training Manager will work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends: The Training Manager will stay updated on industry trends and advancements in respiratory interventions to ensure training programs are current and relevant.
  8. Manage training materials: The Training Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources.
  9. Evaluate employee performance: As part of the training process, the Training Manager will evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous learning: The Training Manager will promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the respiratory interventions team, encouraging employees to seek out opportunities for growth and improvement.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures: The Training Manager will ensure all training programs and activities adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  12. Lead and motivate a team: The Training Manager will lead and motivate a team of trainers and other support staff to ensure the success of training programs and initiatives.
  13. Travel as needed: The Training Manager may be required

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare, Education, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Respiratory Interventions And Related Technologies, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Others On Their Use.

  • Experience In Project Management And Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Training Initiatives Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
