As a Training Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing training programs for our innovative respiratory medical devices.   1. Develop and implement training programs for respiratory medical devices in accordance with company standards and industry regulations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and design effective training solutions.
  3. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in respiratory interventions.
  4. Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and simulations.
  5. Lead training sessions for employees, customers, and other stakeholders, both in-person and virtually.
  6. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements to ensure maximum impact.
  7. Monitor and track training metrics to measure the success and ROI of training initiatives.
  8. Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to ensure their understanding and proficiency with respiratory medical devices.
  9. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure training programs align with business goals and strategies.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the respiratory interventions field to stay informed and enhance training programs.
  11. Stay current on industry regulations and ensure training programs are in compliance with all applicable laws and standards.
  12. Mentor and lead a team of trainers to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
  13. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other events as a subject matter expert in respiratory interventions.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate training methods and materials.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes continuous learning and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Respiratory Therapy, Nursing, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Respiratory Interventions, Either In A Clinical Or Training Capacity.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Respiratory Disease Management And Treatment Protocols.

  • Experience Designing And Implementing Training Programs For Healthcare Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Diverse Audiences.
