Job Description

Medtronic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Manager to join our Respiratory Interventions team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our organization by leading the training and development of our respiratory interventions team.   1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the respiratory interventions team.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of trainers to ensure consistency and effectiveness in training delivery.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and design relevant and impactful training materials.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in respiratory therapy to continuously improve training content.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of training with business objectives.
  7. Responsible for training budget management and reporting on training ROI.
  8. Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  9. Plan and coordinate new hire training and onboarding activities.
  10. Maintain and update training materials and resources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  11. Identify and address any performance gaps through targeted training interventions.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant training regulations and standards.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our training initiatives.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for the respiratory interventions team.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate the training program for maximum impact.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare, Education, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Respiratory Interventions, Including Experience With Medtronic Products.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs For Healthcare Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
