- Develop and implement strategies to drive the success of the pelvic health product portfolio.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify unmet needs and opportunities for product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and sales to develop and launch innovative therapies for patients with pelvic health conditions.
- Utilize your expertise in therapy development to design and execute clinical trials and studies.
- Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations for product development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to gain insights and support for product development.
- Act as a subject matter expert on pelvic health conditions and therapies, providing education and training to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources for therapy development projects.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards for product development.
- Continuously monitor and assess the competitive landscape to identify potential threats and opportunities for the pelvic health product portfolio.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Anatomy, Or Healthcare Administration.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Medical Sales Or Clinical Support, Preferably In The Pelvic Health Or Urology Field.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Pelvic Anatomy, Pelvic Health Conditions, And Treatment Options.
Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Educate And Train Healthcare Professionals On Medtronic's Pelvic Health Products.
