  1. Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing of new and existing medical devices to ensure they meet quality and reliability standards.
  2. Develop and execute test plans and protocols for various stages of product development.
  3. Analyze and interpret test results, identifying any issues or potential areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and manufacturing to implement improvements and address any issues identified during testing.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all testing processes and results.
  6. Utilize various testing equipment and tools, ensuring they are properly calibrated and maintained.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to medical device testing, and ensure all testing processes comply with these requirements.
  8. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of product testing.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on testing progress and any issues encountered.
  10. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.
  11. Train and mentor other team members on testing processes and procedures.
  12. Participate in design and development meetings to provide input and recommendations based on testing results.
  13. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products to improve the lives of patients around the world.
  14. Embrace a culture of continuous learning and development, staying current with emerging technologies and best practices in medical device testing.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • 3+ Years Of Experience In Software Testing, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Software Testing Techniques And Tools, Such As Manual Testing, Automated Testing, And Defect Tracking Systems.

  • Familiarity With Regulatory Standards And Requirements For Medical Device Software, Such As Fda 21 Cfr Part 820 And Iec 62304.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, Attention To Detail, And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
