  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and business growth within the assigned territory.
  2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions to promote Medtronic's peripheral vascular products.
  3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate potential customers on the benefits and features of our products.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand market share.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  7. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  8. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  9. Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the medical technology industry.
  10. Continuously update knowledge and skills related to Medtronic's products, industry, and market trends to effectively communicate product value to customers.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and preferences, and assist in developing marketing strategies.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  13. Travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet with customers and attend meetings and events.
  14. Represent Medtronic in a professional manner and act as a brand ambassador for the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Customer Relationships.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Marketing, Or Healthcare.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Peripheral Vascular Health Market.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Peripheral Vascular Health Market, Including Key Competitors, Products, And Trends.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Negotiate With Healthcare Professionals And Key Stakeholders.
