- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth within assigned territory.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including neurosurgeons, interventional radiologists, and hospital administrators.
- Act as a product expert and provide in-depth knowledge and support to healthcare professionals regarding Medtronic’s neurovascular products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives for the territory.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals to increase product knowledge and utilization.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the healthcare landscape, including reimbursement policies and regulations.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote Medtronic’s products.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Continuously seek out new business opportunities and work to expand market share.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Medtronic and represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continually improve sales performance.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Neurovascular Space.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Market Share Growth.
Strong Knowledge Of The Neurovascular Market And Competitive Landscape.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship-Building Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Key Stakeholders And Customers.
