
Territory Manager, Diagnostics

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within assigned territory.
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions to promote Medtronic's diagnostic products.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals on the features and benefits of Medtronic's products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports in accordance with company policies.
- Provide timely and effective customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to represent Medtronic and promote our products.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any product or service issues.
- Continuously update knowledge of the medical industry, including regulations and developments in diagnostic technology.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies.
- Train and mentor new team members to ensure they have a strong understanding of Medtronic's products and sales processes.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Travel within assigned territory as required to meet with customers and attend company events.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And Competitive Landscape.
