  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within assigned territory.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions to promote Medtronic's diagnostic products.
  3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals on the features and benefits of Medtronic's products.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  6. Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports in accordance with company policies.
  7. Provide timely and effective customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  8. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to represent Medtronic and promote our products.
  9. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any product or service issues.
  10. Continuously update knowledge of the medical industry, including regulations and developments in diagnostic technology.
  11. Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies.
  12. Train and mentor new team members to ensure they have a strong understanding of Medtronic's products and sales processes.
  13. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  15. Travel within assigned territory as required to meet with customers and attend company events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And Competitive Landscape.
