  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Medtronic's diabetes products and services.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including endocrinologists, primary care physicians, and diabetes educators.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory to drive sales growth.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and educational presentations to healthcare professionals and patients.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and clinical teams, to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  6. Utilize market and industry knowledge to identify potential challenges and opportunities within the diabetes market.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets, while effectively managing budget and expenses.
  8. Provide excellent customer service and support to healthcare professionals and patients.
  9. Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  10. Stay educated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively promote Medtronic's diabetes products.
  11. Attend and participate in relevant conferences, trade shows, and events to increase awareness and generate leads.
  12. Adhere to company policies and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  13. Represent Medtronic in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and insights on customer needs and market trends.

Job Qualifications
