This role is crucial in driving sales and market share growth within a designated territory, while also fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals and patients.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and increase market share within the assigned territory for the Diabetes division.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers in the diabetes community to drive brand awareness and product adoption.
  3. Utilize market and industry knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the territory.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert on Medtronic's products and services, providing education and training to healthcare professionals and patients.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical, and reimbursement, to develop and execute territory-specific initiatives and programs.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the territory, and develop action plans accordingly.
  7. Conduct regular product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals and patients to showcase the benefits of Medtronic's products.
  8. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote Medtronic's products and services and stay updated on the latest developments in the diabetes market.
  9. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, while effectively managing budget and expenses within the assigned territory.
  10. Serve as a liaison between Medtronic and healthcare professionals and patients, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise.
  11. Stay informed about competitor products and market trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement and innovation.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines to ensure ethical and legal practices in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Healthcare, Business, Or Sales.

  • Previous Experience In The Medical Device Industry, Preferably In Diabetes Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Diabetes And Related Products, As Well As The Overall Healthcare Landscape.

  • Proven Track Record Of Sales Success And Territory Management, Including Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Influence Decision Making.
