  1. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other decision-makers, in the designated territory.
  2. Promote and sell Medtronic's diabetes products and services to potential and existing customers.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  4. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate and train healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of Medtronic's products.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  7. Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights.
  8. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  9. Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote Medtronic's offerings.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes in the healthcare industry.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on Medtronic's diabetes products and services.
  12. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  13. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  14. Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals and patients.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve sales processes and strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Sales Experience, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of The Diabetes Market And Knowledge Of Current Industry Trends

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Healthcare Professionals.
