  1. Lead and manage the development of innovative medical devices that align with Medtronic's mission and vision.
  2. Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and successful completion of technology development projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, scientists, and clinicians to drive project progress and meet project goals.
  4. Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  5. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to effectively plan, monitor, and control project timelines and budgets.
  6. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project completion.
  7. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technology development team.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive project success.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in medical technology to inform project decisions and drive innovation.
  10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards throughout the technology development process.
  11. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to support their professional growth and development.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity within the technology development program.
  13. Represent Medtronic and the technology development program at conferences, events, and other industry forums.
  14. Uphold Medtronic's values and ethical standards in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Computer Science, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Or Program Management Within The Medical Technology Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Proven Ability To Lead And Manage Cross-Functional Teams To Successfully Deliver Complex Technology Development Projects.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Product Development Lifecycle And Experience With Various Project Management Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
