  1. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  2. Operate and monitor production machinery to meet quality and production standards.
  3. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any production issues or concerns.
  4. Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  5. Monitor and record production data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Assist in training new team members on production processes and equipment operation.
  7. Adhere to quality control standards and perform regular checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
  8. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to report any issues or concerns.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient production process.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Keep accurate and detailed records of production activities and materials used.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and attendance.
  13. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  14. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of production tasks.
  15. Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics.

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education Required.

  • At Least 1 Year Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Technical Role.

  • Knowledge Of Basic Mechanical And Electrical Principles.

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
