  1. Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies to ensure compliance with international tax laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax laws and regulations to support transfer pricing decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for transfer pricing purposes.
  4. Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation to support tax positions.
  5. Monitor and track changes in tax laws and regulations relevant to transfer pricing.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize transfer pricing strategies.
  7. Communicate with tax authorities and external auditors regarding transfer pricing matters.
  8. Review and reconcile intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy and appropriate transfer pricing.
  9. Prepare and file transfer pricing reports and disclosures for various jurisdictions.
  10. Participate in tax planning and forecasting activities to support business objectives.
  11. Assist with tax audits and inquiries related to transfer pricing.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to transfer pricing.
  13. Train and mentor junior tax team members on transfer pricing principles and practices.
  14. Communicate transfer pricing strategies and decisions to key stakeholders within the organization.
  15. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to transfer pricing.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Transfer Pricing, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation Or Big 4 Accounting Firm.

  • Knowledge Of International Tax Laws And Regulations, Including Oecd Transfer Pricing Guidelines.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Financial Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
