- Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies to ensure compliance with international tax laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax laws and regulations to support transfer pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for transfer pricing purposes.
- Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation to support tax positions.
- Monitor and track changes in tax laws and regulations relevant to transfer pricing.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize transfer pricing strategies.
- Communicate with tax authorities and external auditors regarding transfer pricing matters.
- Review and reconcile intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy and appropriate transfer pricing.
- Prepare and file transfer pricing reports and disclosures for various jurisdictions.
- Participate in tax planning and forecasting activities to support business objectives.
- Assist with tax audits and inquiries related to transfer pricing.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to transfer pricing.
- Train and mentor junior tax team members on transfer pricing principles and practices.
- Communicate transfer pricing strategies and decisions to key stakeholders within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to transfer pricing.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Transfer Pricing, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation Or Big 4 Accounting Firm.
Knowledge Of International Tax Laws And Regulations, Including Oecd Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Financial Data.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
