  1. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex medical devices in accordance with company standards and industry regulations.

  6. Act as a subject matter expert in your field, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.
  7. Conduct thorough risk assessments and participate in design reviews to ensure product safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.
  9. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, seeking out opportunities to optimize processes and enhance product performance.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of your work, representing the company with integrity and excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Engineering Field, Such As Biomedical Or Electrical Engineering.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Medical Device Quality Standards, Such As Iso 13485.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Complex Systems Engineering Projects From Concept To Commercialization.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
