  1. Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives for the Patient Monitoring division, in alignment with Medtronic's overall sustainability goals.
  2. Conduct regular audits and assessments of current products, processes, and operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into product design, development, and manufacturing processes.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to sustainability and recommend necessary changes or updates.
  5. Identify and implement cost-saving measures through energy efficiency, waste reduction, and sustainable sourcing.
  6. Communicate sustainability efforts and progress to internal and external stakeholders through various channels, such as reports, presentations, and meetings.
  7. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure they meet sustainability requirements and adhere to ethical and environmental standards.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote sustainability initiatives and educate customers on the environmental benefits of our products.
  9. Engage with and support community outreach and education programs related to sustainability and healthcare.
  10. Analyze data and metrics to track and report on sustainability performance and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on sustainability for the Patient Monitoring division, providing guidance and support to colleagues and leadership.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve sustainability strategies and processes to drive continuous improvement.
  13. Stay informed on emerging trends and advancements in sustainable technology and incorporate them into Medtronic's sustainability efforts.
  14. Represent Medtronic at sustainability conferences, events, and industry associations to promote our commitment to sustainability and share best practices.
  15. Uphold Medtronic's core values and ethical standards in all sustainability-related activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Sustainability, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sustainability Or Environmental Management.

  • Knowledge Of Patient Monitoring Technology And Its Impact On The Environment.

  • Experience In Conducting Sustainability Assessments And Implementing Sustainability Initiatives.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
