  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers to promote our surgical product portfolio and drive sales growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and features of our surgical products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and effective customer support
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify potential areas for growth
  • Provide ongoing product training and support to healthcare providers to ensure proper utilization and customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within assigned territory
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system
  • Represent Medtronic at industry conferences and events to promote our brand and establish new business relationships
  • Continuously strive to enhance knowledge and understanding of the medical device industry, market trends, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of the curve and drive innovation.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Surgical Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Surgical Procedures And Medical Terminology.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth.
