  1. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including surgeons, hospitals, and other medical professionals.
  2. Utilize extensive knowledge of the surgical industry and medical technology to effectively promote and sell Medtronic's surgical solutions.
  3. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate stakeholders on the features and benefits of Medtronic's surgical solutions.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  8. Track and report on sales metrics and provide regular updates to management.
  9. Continuously seek out ways to improve and enhance sales strategies and processes.
  10. Represent Medtronic at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to increase brand awareness and network with potential customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Healthcare Professionals.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Healthcare, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management Within The Medical Device Industry, Preferably In The Surgical Or Operating Room Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Surgical Procedures And Knowledge Of Medtronic's Surgical Product Portfolio.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Presentation Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
