Job Description

Medtronic is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Supply Chain Transformation Program Manager to join our team. This individual will serve as a leader in driving strategic projects and initiatives that promote supply chain transformation and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a highly organized problem solver and collaborative team player who is passionate about driving process improvements and leading change.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of five years of experience in a supply chain or operations role, ideally with experience in leading transformational initiatives. You should also have a proven track record of managing complex projects and working with cross-functional teams. A deep understanding of supply chain and operational processes, S&OP, Lean Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing principles is essential. A bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, or related field is preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead strategic projects and initiatives to promote supply chain transformation and efficiency.
  2. Manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  3. Analyze and identify areas for improvement within the supply chain and operations processes.
  4. Implement Lean Six Sigma and lean manufacturing principles.
  5. Develop and execute plans to drive process improvements and lead change.
  6. Monitor and report on project progress and deliverables.
  7. Train and mentor team members on best practices.
  8. Analyze data to identify trends and root causes of issues.
  9. Stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies.
  10. Develop key performance indicators and metrics to measure success.
