Job Description

  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to patients.
  2. Monitor and analyze inventory levels to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan production accordingly.
  4. Review and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  6. Proactively identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans.
  7. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on supply chain status.
  8. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation of supply chain processes and procedures.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain operations.
  11. Train and mentor junior supply chain team members.
  12. Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements related to supply chain operations.
  13. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to manage budget and expenses related to supply chain.
  14. Identify and implement sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.
  15. Continuously evaluate and optimize supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Planning, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Data To Drive Decision Making.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Planning Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
