Supply Chain Manager

Performs supply chain and logistics functions such as material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution. Facilitates the local SIOP process. Responsible for planning and executing product deliveries in accordance with site commitments and distribution center requirements. Ensures feasibility when establishing site commitments and gains consensus on the forecast with key stakeholders. Coordinates with Spine Global Supply Chain Planning team to minimize risk of back-order and maintain desired safety stock levels, while optimizing use of tissue. Creates and executes supply chain and sourcing strategies at the manufacturing site which support growth, customer satisfaction, product cost management, forecast accuracy and inventory optimization. Drives communication and alignment between all functions to achieve delivery results and financial objectives. Ensures Purchasing and Sourcing processes are adhered to and are consistent with corporate guidelines. Responsible for eSAP and CenterPiece SAP Order Entry and Order Management for Eatontown product families. Provides support for site AOP planning process.
