  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  2. Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and track product movement to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  4. Conduct regular audits and evaluations of suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to negotiate contracts and pricing.
  6. Utilize forecasting methods and tools to anticipate demand and adjust supply accordingly.
  7. Monitor market trends and industry developments to proactively identify potential risks or disruptions in the supply chain.
  8. Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to provide updates on supply chain performance and address any issues or concerns.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline supply chain operations.
  10. Stay current on industry best practices and technology advancements to continually improve supply chain processes.
  11. Collaborate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  12. Prepare and present reports and presentations on supply chain performance to senior management.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Various Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Supply Chain Analysis, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Supply Chain Software, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Tableau.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Demand Planning, Inventory Management, And Logistics.
