  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability of materials and components used in our medical devices.
  2. Conduct thorough audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing, and Procurement, to identify and resolve supplier quality issues.
  4. Implement and maintain robust quality control processes for incoming materials and components, including establishing inspection criteria and conducting necessary testing.
  5. Develop and maintain supplier quality agreements and monitor supplier performance against agreed upon metrics.
  6. Serve as the main point of contact for supplier quality issues, providing timely and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Utilize statistical analysis and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve supplier quality issues.
  8. Continuously monitor and analyze supplier quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  9. Stay current with industry regulations and standards related to supplier quality and ensure compliance within the organization.
  10. Train and educate suppliers on quality expectations and requirements to drive continuous improvement.
  11. Participate in new product development projects to ensure supplier quality requirements are met.
  12. Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the supplier quality management system.
  13. Provide support for regulatory inspections and audits as needed.
  14. Act as a mentor and resource for other team members to promote a culture of quality excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supplier Quality Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Quality Management Systems (Iso 13485, Fda Regulations) And Supplier Quality Auditing Processes

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Quality Issues In A Timely Manner

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate With Suppliers.
