  1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supply chain processes.
  2. Identify cost reduction opportunities through analysis of current supplier contracts and market trends.
  3. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  4. Conduct supplier evaluations and manage relationships to ensure high quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
  6. Continuously monitor and assess supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in sourcing.
  8. Conduct thorough cost analysis and regularly report on cost savings achieved through sourcing efforts.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic sourcing solutions.
  10. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain through effective sourcing strategies.
  11. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all sourcing activities are in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  12. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in sourcing operations.
  13. Mentor and train junior sourcing team members to improve their skills and knowledge in strategic sourcing.
  14. Represent the company in supplier meetings and negotiations to secure the best value and terms for the organization.
  15. Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive better outcomes in sourcing activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Strategic Sourcing, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Sourcing Strategies, Contract Negotiation, And Supplier Management.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities And Implement Them.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing Multiple Projects, Prioritizing Tasks, And Meeting Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
