- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supply chain processes.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities through analysis of current supplier contracts and market trends.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and manage relationships to ensure high quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Continuously monitor and assess supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in sourcing.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis and regularly report on cost savings achieved through sourcing efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic sourcing solutions.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain through effective sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all sourcing activities are in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in sourcing operations.
- Mentor and train junior sourcing team members to improve their skills and knowledge in strategic sourcing.
- Represent the company in supplier meetings and negotiations to secure the best value and terms for the organization.
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive better outcomes in sourcing activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Strategic Sourcing, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Sourcing Strategies, Contract Negotiation, And Supplier Management.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities And Implement Them.
Demonstrated Experience In Managing Multiple Projects, Prioritizing Tasks, And Meeting Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
