  1. Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost savings for the company.
  2. Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to support the company's business needs.
  3. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  4. Monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions as needed to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
  5. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new cost-saving opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  7. Lead and manage sourcing projects, including creating project plans, setting timelines, and monitoring progress.
  8. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their sourcing needs and requirements.
  10. Communicate and present sourcing strategies, initiatives, and results to senior management.
  11. Stay updated on best practices and industry developments in strategic sourcing and procurement.
  12. Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure supplier contracts and agreements are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  13. Train and mentor junior sourcing team members to support their development and growth.
  14. Support and drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sourcing function.
  15. Represent the company in supplier meetings, events, and conferences as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Sourcing And Procurement, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge And Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategic Sourcing Strategies And Initiatives.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Operations, Including Sourcing, Supplier Management, And Contract Negotiations.

  • Excellent Communication, Project Management, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
