Experience In Medical Device Sales: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Endoscopy Field. This Will Ensure That They Have A Strong Understanding Of The Industry And The Products Being Sold.
Strong Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: As A Strategic Account Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Such As Physicians, Hospital Administrators, And Purchasing Managers. Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Build Strong Relationships Are Essential For Success In This Role.
