  1. Develop and implement test plans for integrated circuits used in medical devices, ensuring their reliability and functionality.
  2. Utilize advanced testing methods and equipment to accurately assess the performance and quality of integrated circuits.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to identify and resolve any issues with integrated circuits.
  4. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to management, highlighting any potential areas for improvement.
  5. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in integrated circuit testing techniques, and implement them into testing processes.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation for all test procedures and processes.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines related to integrated circuit testing in the medical device industry.
  8. Lead and mentor junior engineers in the testing process, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of integrated circuit testing.
  10. Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality and reliability of integrated circuits used in Medtronic products.
  11. Communicate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to provide updates on testing progress and any potential issues.
  12. Participate in product design reviews and provide input from a testing perspective.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to develop and improve testing methodologies.
  14. Contribute to the overall success of Medtronic by actively promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Semiconductor Testing, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Integrated Circuit Design And Manufacturing Processes

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Testing Methodologies And Tools, Such As Ate (Automated Test Equipment) And Parametric Testers

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Executing Complex Test Development Projects, Including Test Plan Creation, Validation, And Documentation.
