Sr Supply Chain Planning Supervisor

The Senior Supply Chain Planning Supervisor should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning or a similar role, and a proven track record of success in the field. They should also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, a deep understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of ERP systems, including SAP, is a plus. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and takes pride in their accomplishments. 1. Lead and supervise a team of supply chain planners in developing and implementing strategic supply chain plans.
2. Ensure the achievement of department objectives.
3. Analyze data to identify supply chain issues and come up with suitable solutions.
4. Monitor and control supply chain performance.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency.
7. Lead the implementation of ERP systems, such as SAP, to streamline supply chain processes.
8. Monitor inventory levels and adjust accordingly.
9. Train and mentor team members to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest supply chain trends and technologies.
10. Prepare and present reports to management on supply chain performance.
