  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure that they are accurately reflected in test plans and cases.
  3. Use technical expertise and industry best practices to design and implement automated testing processes.
  4. Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing of software applications to identify any defects or issues.
  5. Document and track all defects and work with development teams to resolve them.
  6. Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Participate in product design reviews and provide input on potential quality and reliability issues.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies to constantly improve testing practices.
  9. Train and mentor other team members on software testing techniques and processes.
  10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards for medical device software.
  11. Work closely with product development teams to ensure that software is developed with quality and reliability in mind.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on testing progress and findings.
  13. Actively participate in risk management activities and provide recommendations for mitigating identified risks.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to data security and confidentiality.
