- Develop and implement software solutions for the Neuro division at Medtronic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-quality, reliable, and scalable software solutions.
- Write and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality of software products.
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications, identify and troubleshoot defects, and provide solutions to improve overall product quality.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices are followed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development and testing to continuously improve processes and technologies.
- Utilize agile methodologies to deliver software products on time and within budget.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide updates, resolve issues, and make recommendations.
- Adhere to Medtronic's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Extensive Experience In Software Development And Testing: A Sr Software Engineer - Sdet - Neuro At Medtronic Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development And Testing, With A Focus On Neuro Technology. This Should Include Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Software For Medical Devices.
Strong Knowledge Of Software Engineering Principles And Best Practices: Candidates Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Software Engineering Principles, Including Agile Methodologies, Test-Driven Development, And Continuous Integration And Delivery. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In Industry Best Practices For Software Design, Coding, Testing, And Debugging.
Expertise In Neurotechnology And Medical Device Regulations: As Medtronic Is A Global Leader In Medical Technology, Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Neurotechnology And Medical Device Regulations. This Includes Knowledge Of Fda And International Regulatory Requirements For Software Development And Testing In The Medical Device Industry.
Proficiency In Programming Languages And Tools: A Sr Software Engineer - Sdet - Neuro Should Have Strong Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, And Python, As Well As Experience With Software Testing Tools And Frameworks Like Selenium, Junit, And Testng.
