  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet company targets for InterStim products.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and medical organizations.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  4. Educate healthcare professionals and patients on the benefits of InterStim products and provide product demonstrations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure effective sales strategies and support.
  6. Utilize sales tools and technology to track sales activities, manage leads, and forecast sales.
  7. Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote InterStim products.
  8. Provide timely and accurate sales reports and updates to management.
  9. Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and use this knowledge to differentiate and position InterStim products in the market.
  10. Continuously strive to expand knowledge of the healthcare industry, including regulatory and reimbursement policies, to ensure compliance and success in sales.
  11. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
  12. Mentor and train junior sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals.
  13. Represent Medtronic in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Urology Market And Experience Selling To Urologists, Urogynecologists, And Other Related Healthcare Professionals.

  • Strong Understanding Of Reimbursement Processes And Ability To Navigate Complex Healthcare Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Decision-Makers And Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Is Preferred.
