  1. Conduct risk assessments on new and existing products to identify potential hazards and assess their impact on patient safety.
  2. Develop risk management plans and strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and analyze product designs, processes, and procedures to identify potential risks.
  4. Lead risk management activities, including hazard analysis, fault tree analysis, and risk control evaluations.
  5. Stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines related to risk management and ensure compliance within the organization.
  6. Train and educate team members on risk management principles and processes to promote a culture of risk awareness and mitigation.
  7. Communicate with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies and customers, to address any potential risks or concerns.
  8. Monitor and track risk management activities and provide timely reports to management.
  9. Participate in product development and improvement projects to ensure risk management considerations are incorporated from the early stages.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the risk management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Provide support and guidance to other team members on risk management related issues.
  12. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to promote teamwork and drive successful risk management outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master’s Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance In The Healthcare Industry

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Risk Management Strategies And Processes In A Corporate Setting.
